Wendy
Hopkins Family Law Practice was founded on 1st May 1996 as
the first law firm in Wales devoted entirely to family law.
The partners are Melanie Hamer, Thea Hughes,
Rhian Howells and David James. Melanie and Thea previously worked together
in the Family Law Department of Eversheds, Cardiff. Since
1996 the Firm has increased five fold.

concentrating on purely family law issues, Wendy Hopkins Family
Law Practice is able to provide expert and specialist advice.
The services offered cover all aspects of family law including
divorce and separation, children matters (both private law and public law), finances, pre-marital agreements, civil partnerships, domestic violence and services for the elderly. The Firm is regularly recommended in legal
